How does Consciousness connect to Remote Viewing & Contact?

Basic Remote Viewing Summary

Remote viewing is a technique whereby a person gathers information about an unknown and distant target through consciousness based meditative practices. For decades, consciousness and remote viewing was practiced at SRI- Stanford Research Institute, in conjunction with the U.S. government. They sought out those who could consciously display extra sensory capabilities to aid the U.S. with intelligence operations, like finding hostages and locating downed planes.

Remote viewers' typically follow a structured process with an interviewer. The viewer performs meditative practices with the intent to be present. The interviewer would ask questions and the viewer would describe what they perceived - sometimes as symbols, sketches or words. In double blind experiments, the hidden targets were successfully described. Even after several decades of noted successes, the remote viewing projects were terminated.

It became clear through their research that most, if not all individuals who attempted to remote view could consciously tune into places, objects, or events beyond the limits of their normal physical and sensory experiences.

Former President Carter

“You can always find a path, from you to me (mind to mind), in complex geometric spacetime, where the amount of distance is zero.”

RV & Cosmic Contact

From ancient traditions to modern research, remote viewing (RV) practices support the idea that consciousness is ‘non-local’ and ‘non-dual’ - not limited to a specific location, manifesting as an inherently interconnected phenomenon from which all is one.

Many understand RV is not just a tool for intelligence gathering and exploring consciousness, but also a means of communicating with non-human intelligences and the various craft engaging with our planet. Like ‘Cosmic Contact’, practitioners of ‘CE-5’ and ‘Psionics’ also use RVing and consciousness based practices to initiate contact events, using consciousness itself as a bridge between perceptual boundaries.
